Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to City Cleanup Crew (the "App"), published by Kinex Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"); these Terms add to it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App except where the law allows it.

2. Premium subscription

• Premium is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes banner and full-screen ads in the App. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch them.
• The price is shown in the App before you buy (for example $4.99 per month in the United States, or the equivalent in your local currency) and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your device's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or from the App's Settings screen. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Restoring purchases on a new device is available from the App's Settings screen.

3. Coins and other virtual items

The App includes virtual coins, which you can earn by playing or buy in coin packs. Coins and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the App, and are not transferable. Purchased items are delivered to the device on which they were bought and are stored on that device; deleting the App or resetting your progress may remove them.

4. Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Ads

The free version of the App shows ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always optional. See our Privacy Policy for how ad partners handle information.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the App or its purchases, or use it in any unlawful way. We may fix or reset progress obtained through such means.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features, content or prices, or stop offering the App. We will try to give notice of significant changes through App updates.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of game data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept them.
