These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Word Hunt Puzzle iOS app ("the App") provided by Kinex Apps ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads"). Purchases are processed by Apple, are non-refundable except where required by law, and are tied to your Apple ID. Restoring a purchase on a new device is supported through the App's Settings → Restore Purchases.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; circumvent or attempt to circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the servers or services that support the App.
The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Ad behaviour and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy. You may remove ads via the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.
All content in the App — including artwork, code, sound design, level layouts, and the Word Hunt Puzzle name and visual identity — is owned by Kinex Apps or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinex Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If a conflict arises between these Terms and Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA) for App Store apps, the Apple EULA prevails for the conflicting provision. The Apple EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
