Kinex Apps ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Word Hunt Puzzle iOS app ("the App") handles information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we do not collect

The App does not require you to create an account. We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera images, precise location, or any health data. Game progress (current level, stars earned, hints used) is stored locally on your device only.

2. Information collected by third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information independently:

• Google AdMob — Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect a device identifier (IDFA, if you consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device model, OS version, and ad interaction data. AdMob uses this data to deliver advertisements, measure performance, and prevent fraud. See Google's advertising policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — Presents the GDPR / consent form within the App for users in applicable regions and records your choice.
• Apple StoreKit — Handles in-app purchase transactions (e.g., the "Remove Ads" upgrade). Apple receives the purchase data; we receive only a verification receipt. We do not see your payment card details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) — On first ad serving, the system prompt asks for permission to track. If you decline, ads are non-personalized; if you accept, IDFA-based personalization is enabled for Google AdMob.

3. App Tracking Transparency

The App presents Apple's standard ATT prompt, which lets you allow or deny apps in the Word Hunt Puzzle ecosystem from tracking you across other apps and websites. Declining does not disable advertising — it only switches ads from personalized to non-personalized.

4. Children's privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

5. Data retention

Game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes it. Data collected by third-party services (Google, Apple) is retained according to their respective policies — see their links above.

6. Your choices and rights

• To revoke advertising tracking permission, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS and disable the App's toggle.
• To remove ads entirely, purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app product.
• To reset your consent choices, visit the App's Settings menu and select "Privacy Options".
• EU / UK / California residents have additional rights (access, deletion, opt-out) under GDPR / CCPA. Contact us at the email below to exercise them.

7. International transfers

Third-party services may transfer data outside the EU/UK/your country. Google and Apple maintain Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
