How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app → tap the ⚙️ Settings gear → tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Why can't I access Poems?

Poems are a Premium feature. Tap the Poems button on the category screen to unlock them with a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks all poem content.

The sound isn't working. How do I fix it?

Check that your device is not on silent mode. You can also adjust sound levels in Settings → Sound Effects / Music / Voice sliders.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes! Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchase on any device signed in with the same account.

Is the app suitable for very young children?

Yes — Trace & Learn Kids is designed for ages 2–7. The interface uses large buttons, bright colors, and audio cues. No reading required to navigate.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase.

The app crashed. What should I do?

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app (your purchase can be restored). If it still crashes, email us with your device model and iOS version.
