Kinex Apps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Trace & Learn Kids mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate and improve the app:
- Usage data: Anonymous app usage statistics (screens viewed, features used) via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. This is subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Purchase data: In-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store payment information.
2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our app is designed for children aged 2–7. We take children's privacy very seriously:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- We do not allow social sharing, user accounts, or any user-generated content.
- Advertising shown to users who have not consented is limited to non-personalized ads in compliance with Google's families policy.
- We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K.

- To provide and maintain the app

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — Advertising. Google Privacy Policy
- Google User Messaging Platform — Consent management (GDPR/CCPA)
- Apple App Store — In-app purchases and StoreKit
5. Data Retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Any data collected by third-party SDKs is governed by their respective retention policies.

7. Tracking & App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5+, we request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking your device for advertising purposes. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
