I lost my progress after deleting the app.
Game progress is stored locally on the device. Deleting the app clears it. We do not currently offer cloud sync — we are evaluating iCloud-based sync for a future update.
The hint button isn't working.
Each level allows 2 hints maximum. After both are used, the hint button dims and the badge shows "0". Hints reset on the next level or when you restart.
How do I remove ads?
Open the in-app Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and tap "Remove Ads". This is a one-time non-consumable purchase. If you've already purchased on another device, tap "Restore Purchases" in the same menu.
The timer is too tight.
Tap the "Watch Ad" button on the time-up screen for a free 30-second extension (up to a per-level cap). Or restart and try again — your best time and stars are preserved.
Why does the app ask me about tracking?
iOS requires apps that use advertising IDs (IDFA) to ask for permission. Declining does NOT disable ads — it switches ads from personalized to non-personalized. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I report a bug?
Email us with: your iPhone/iPad model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
