Kinex Apps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Spell Quest Kids mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
Spell Quest Kids does not directly collect any personal information from users. However, our third-party partners may collect certain data as described below.

We use Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

This data is stored using standard iOS mechanisms (UserDefaults) and is not transmitted to any server.
While Spell Quest Kids is designed for children ages 3-6, the App is not categorized as a "Kids" app on the App Store. We display standard advertisements and use the App Tracking Transparency framework for consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove all advertisements ($2.99 USD). This purchase is non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID.
