Tap any locked category plaque, or open the Settings panel and tap Get PRO. The PRO unlock is a one-time purchase that removes all ads, unlocks every category permanently, and gives you unlimited daily Random plays. There is no subscription.
Open the Settings panel (gear icon, top right of the home screen) and tap Restore Purchases. This asks the App Store to re-verify your receipt. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, PRO will reactivate at no charge. The same flow works after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.
Free users can start a fixed number of Random sessions per day. The counter resets at midnight in your local time zone. You can earn 5 bonus plays by watching a short rewarded video, or unlock unlimited Random plays by purchasing PRO. Once a session is started it always plays to the end — there is no mid-session limit.
Tap the gear icon in the top-right of the home screen. The Settings panel has separate toggles and volume sliders for music and sound effects. Your choice is remembered across launches.
Free users see a small banner at the bottom of the screen, and a full-screen interstitial appears at natural break points (every few completed cards, and occasionally between category switches — at most once every 60 seconds). Watching the optional rewarded video is opt-in and only shown if you tap "Watch Ad" yourself. To remove every ad, purchase the PRO unlock from the home screen or from Settings → Get PRO.
The bonus is granted only after the rewarded video plays to the end. If the ad failed to load (poor network) or you closed it early, no plays are added — the counter stays at zero and you can try again. Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection and try once more.
Quiz Quest World runs in portrait orientation on iPhone and portrait / portrait-upside-down on iPad. If the layout looks wrong, force-quit the app from the iOS app switcher and relaunch — iOS will re-measure the safe area on the next launch.
Force-quit Quiz Quest World from the iOS app switcher, then reopen it. If the issue continues, please email the address below with your device model (iPhone 14 Pro, iPad Air 5, etc.) and the iOS version (Settings → General → About → iOS Version) so we can reproduce it.
Quiz Quest World keeps all data on your device — there is no cloud account. Deleting the app from your iPhone or iPad removes every saved setting and progress record. Reinstalling gives you a fresh start.
