By downloading or using Math World, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Math World is an educational app designed for children and families to learn mathematics through interactive lessons, videos, quizzes, and poems. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

In-App Purchases

Math World offers an optional in-app purchase ("Remove Ads & Unlock 123 Poems") for $2.99 (USD), a one-time non-consumable purchase.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Purchases can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.
We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

Intellectual Property

All content in Math World, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, text, and code, is the property of Kinex Apps and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app.

Disclaimer

Math World is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any learning outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinex Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Math World.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
