How do I unlock all days?

Tap on any locked day card (Day 3-6) and you'll see the "Unlock Full Adventure" purchase option. This is a one-time purchase that unlocks all story days and removes all ads.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've already purchased the full version, tap on any locked day card and then tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the purchase screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is this app safe for my child?

Yes! Little Panda Adventures is designed specifically for young children (ages 2-6). There are no social features, no external links, and no data collection. The free version shows child-appropriate ads, which are completely removed with the full version purchase.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps:

• Close and reopen the app
• Make sure your device is running iOS 17 or later
• Check that you have enough storage space on your device
• If the issue persists, email us with details about the problem

Can I play offline?

Yes! All story videos are included in the app download. You can play all unlocked stories without an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed for displaying ads (free version) and making purchases.
