Random Kids ("we", "our", or "us") built the Dotly - Connect & Match app (the "App") as a free, ad-supported game. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not have user accounts, logins, or registration of any kind.
All game progress (level completion, coins, power-ups, cosmetic preferences, and sound settings) is stored locally on your device only using Apple's standard on-device storage. This data is never transmitted off your device by us.

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before allowing any tracking for ad personalization. You can choose to allow or deny this request. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

We use Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution. This does not track you personally and operates within Apple's privacy framework.
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. This transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment or financial information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles purchase data.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App contains third-party advertising, which may collect device information as described above.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data retained on our end. Game progress stored locally on your device can be erased by using the "Reset All Progress" option in the App's settings, or by deleting the App.
