These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Laser Maze mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sell the App or any part of it.
The App is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account — we never receive or handle your payment details.

Prices are set and displayed by the App Store in your local currency and may differ between regions. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Remove Ads is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. While it is active, banner advertisements and full-screen interstitial advertisements are removed from the App.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device, or from the Manage Subscription button inside the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep ad-free play until then, and are not charged again. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, banner and interstitial advertising returns. Any Laser Energy you have is unaffected and remains in your balance.
We may change the subscription price. If we do, you will be notified and asked to agree before the new price takes effect, in accordance with App Store rules.
Optional rewarded videos continue to work after this purchase, by design. These are the videos you choose to watch in exchange for a reward — a free hint, extra moves, an extra life, or a doubled level reward. They are never shown unless you tap to request one, and they are not removed, because doing so would take away a way of earning rewards that free players keep.
An active Remove Ads subscription is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device. If you reinstall the App or install it on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, use the Restore Purchases button in Settings or the Shop to reinstate it at no further cost. A subscription that has expired cannot be restored — it must be started again.
Energy packs are consumable items. Once the Energy is added to your balance it can be spent in the game, and consumable purchases cannot be restored on a new device or after reinstalling the App. Energy is stored on your device only.
Laser Energy is a virtual in-game currency, and cosmetic skins are virtual items. They exist only inside the App.
Uninstalling the App deletes your locally stored progress, including any unspent Laser Energy. We cannot recover it.
All purchases are final as far as we are concerned. Refunds are handled solely by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions — we cannot issue, approve or reverse a refund. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Unless you have an active Remove Ads subscription, the App displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Where required by law, the App asks for your consent before serving personalised advertising, and you can change that choice at any time from the App's Settings. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update, change or discontinue features of the App, including levels, prices, the in-game economy and the availability of virtual items. We may adjust the cost or earning rate of Laser Energy as the game is balanced. We will not withdraw ad-free access from a subscription period you have already paid for.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, tamper with the App or its stored data, attempt to obtain virtual items without paying where payment is required, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian who is responsible for the account used. Parents can restrict or disable in-app purchases entirely using Screen Time on iOS.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us through in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and in the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price of the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your licence ends automatically if you fail to comply with them, or if you delete the App from your devices.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and your continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance.
