Welcome to Kindergarten World. By downloading, installing, or using the Kindergarten World application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
Kindergarten World is a children's educational application that provides interactive learning experiences including alphabet learning, number counting, animal identification, shape recognition, animated stories, and poems & rhymes. The App is developed and maintained by KinexApps.
2. Eligibility
The App is designed for children and families. Children should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, or that you have obtained appropriate consent.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
4. In-App Purchases
- The App offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks premium content (additional animals, shapes, poems, and stories) and removes all advertisements.
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- You may restore your purchases on any device using the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
5. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are shown in compliance with child-safe advertising policies. You may remove all ads by purchasing the premium unlock.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, animations, videos, audio, and software, is the property of KinexApps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
- Redistribute or republish the App's content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KinexApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
