Kindergarten World ("we", "our", or "the App") is a children's educational application developed by KinexApps. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Kindergarten World is designed with children's privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:
- No personal information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information from users or children.
- No account registration: The App does not require account creation or login.
- Device information (via ads): Our third-party advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect certain device identifiers and usage data for the purpose of serving ads. This data is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
- Purchase information: If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
2. Advertising
The free version of Kindergarten World displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Users may remove all advertisements by purchasing the premium unlock within the App. Once ads are removed, no ad-related data collection occurs.
We do not serve personalized ads to children. We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and request user consent before any tracking.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium content and remove advertisements. All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Kindergarten World is designed for children and families. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- We do not require any personal data to use the App.
- All advertising shown complies with child-safe ad policies.

All App data (such as learning progress and settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to any external servers.
