Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
Yes. ABC Jungle contains no violent or mature content, no chat, no user-generated content and no web browsing. We do not collect personal information ourselves, and ad content is limited to a PG rating or lower. The free version shows ads, which may be personalised where you have given permission — you can decline that prompt, change it later in iOS Settings, or remove ads entirely with a one-time purchase.
You can remove all ads by purchasing the premium version from the Settings screen inside the app. It's a one-time purchase — pay once, enjoy forever!
Make sure your device is not in Silent Mode (check the physical switch on the side of your iPhone/iPad). Also check that the music toggle is turned on in the app's Settings screen.
ABC Jungle is built for early learners starting out with letters, numbers, colors and shapes, and is enjoyed by learners of all ages.
The learning content works offline. An internet connection is only needed for displaying ads (free version) and for making in-app purchases.
